As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience working with industry leaders such as P&G and Nestle, Anil has honed his skills and knowledge in the world of marketing. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at a cutting edge fintech company, he’s deeply committed to helping  navigate the ever-evolving landscape of financial technology.

In parallel to his corporate journey, he also contributes to the next generation of business leaders as a lecturer at a prestigious Business School in Toronto. Here he has worked extensively with students, especially international students to guide them through to achieving their career ambitions. He has developed the course for helping students get ready for their job search, build resumes, networking, finding the right role, interviewing skills, salary negotiations as well as how to succeed at your new job in Canada. 

His academic background, which includes an MBA from the USA, has equipped him with the essential tools to educate and inspire his clients, many of them students and recent graduates to reach their goals. His approach to career counseling is deeply rooted in understanding each individual's unique needs, skills, and ambitions. He firmly believes in a tailored, individualistic approach, steering clear of cookie-cutter solutions. Empathy, excellent communication skills, and an extensive understanding of the job market are at the core of his counseling methods, ensuring that he connects with clients on a personal level.

Having moved across 4 countries, he has had a successful career in the USA and then Canada. Anil understand the challenges you face and has the experience to help you in your career development. Beyond his corporate and academic pursuits, he is a family man who cherishes his two daughters above all else. He is an avid traveler, a sports enthusiast, and a foodie. Cricket & American Football are his go-to sports in his spare time.
